Thurston Stories started with a conversation between the team at ONE SKY FILMS and the team at THURSTON STRONG. Both parties agreed that the news cycle had been dominated by somber statistics, partisan diatribes and worsening global reports. 

As documentarians, the One Sky team wanted to pursue real stories of the Thurston Community. No agenda, no politics - just stories that shared experiences of folks living, working and doing their best to give back to their communities.

Together, with the team at THURSTON STRONG, they developed Thurston Stories.
